We coined the phrase “Do Gooder” to inspire both nonprofit executives and iDonate employees to come together for a common purpose: do more good.

The Challenge
iDonate, a leading online fundraising platform, wanted a rally cry to inspire employees and customers to achieve goals with a higher purpose.
Our Solution
We doubled-down on iDonate’s southern charm and disrupted conventional grammar rules (why not?) to reclaim the term “Do Gooder.” As a result, we created a phrase that can be read as both a call to action: “do good-er” (or do more good) and a title: “Do Gooder” (or someone who wants to make a difference in the world). Today, iDonate employees collectively—and proudly—call themselves #TeamDoGooder. They even recognize an internal employee as the “Do Gooder of the Month.”

When designing swag for iDonate, we made sure each piece was on brand and on trend—like something you’d snag at a cool retail store.
The hand script typeface and upward slant of this logo give it a positive and inspiring quality. Subtle textures and curving details within the letters are humanistic and grounding, while the vibrant iDonate blue makes it fresh and modern. We also created a supplemental mark with the text, “Show up. Do Good. Repeat.” We used this phrase throughout the campaign to strengthen and diversify the message.
