The Challenge

The founders of The Garages are building elite rental storage facilities that caters to the needs of people with high-end boats, RVs and storage in and around Phoenix, Arizona. The Garages are targeting an upper-class, wealthy audience and provide a luxury experience to these customers. The Garages leadership was looking for a logo that represents their premier offering.

Our Solution

We created a logo and brand identity that targets an elite regional demographic through sophisticated typography, a bold color palette and leaning into classic design techniques. We focused on creating a mark that evokes security, stability, and community-- the key selling points for The Garages target audience.

Billboard promotes the essence of the festival, with announced dates and website details.

We believe in exploring several solutions to get to the right one. When we created The Garages logo we designed five different concepts with unique visual and strategic directions. Then we worked closely with our clients to narrow what best speaks to the needs of the business and audience.

Scalability and Flexibility

Since the logo will be used in and around the storage facility, we created a mark that will work on many surfaces by having a strong black and white solution and by leaving some open space for the surface to be integrated into the design. Using the gestalt method to allow a viewer to complete the “G” shape on their own, we invite the user in and pique their curiosity.
