The Challenge

Games and Entertainment graphics are intentionally designed to be loaded with color, texture, and visual effects. However, when multiple games’ are on a screen together, their graphics can compete and overwhelm the users eye, causing cognitive overload.

Our Solution

By strategically assessing users, prioritizing common use cases, and business objectives we successfully re-designed the games and entertainment platform hub for Ziosk consoles (including the Ziosk Original and Ziosk Mini).

Once we identify primary user motivations we design user flows and wireframes to validate and test our assumptions.

To entice users to make an upgrade purchase we simplified the user flow to a 2 touch process. Users can tap on any game to see a preview and details. A clear call to action allows them to jump right into game play without going to payment details.
