The Challenge

With over 30k visits per month, the Citra website is a high-traffic touchpoint for the company and an essential part of its business model. We had to redesign the website so it is consistent with the new branding while getting patients the care they need, fast.

Our Solution

We made it easy for patients to book an urgent care appointment by pointing users in the right direction, right away. We focused on clear messaging, engaging brand visuals, and single-click options to drive users to make appointments or learn more as quickly as possible.

The first step to great web design is having a strategic plan in place. This requires research and testing, including user personas, use case development, and high-fidelity wireframes.

The Citra Urgent Care patient ranges from infant to elderly and every age demographic in-between. It was essential we dig into generational personas and idenitfy their unique needs for a website, including the ability to make an appointment via mobile, online or through more traditional methods like a phone call.

We created an inclusive, intuitive experience that allows users to find the closest Citra clinic in seconds.

Using a mobile-first design approach, we created a site that allows users to find a Citra clinic near them via zip code or the locations mega-nav. With just a small input, users know which clinic is closest and when they can book an appointment.
