The Challenge
Marching Order’s dated website didn’t communicate the sophistication of their software and caused confusion for users.
Our Solution
We restructured the site to focus on the brand’s newly articulated value proposition and product benefits. We modernized the site’s look and feel and crafted fresh marketing copy to help communicate Marching Order’s key selling points. We substantiated product claims with the addition of customer testimonials too.
Plan it. Design it. Build it.
During the user interface design phase, we designed a new look and feel. We leaned into the Marching Order blue color palette and added warm neutral accents to provide a friendly, human touch. We used rounded corners and clean typography to make the experience feel inviting and simplified.
It all started with a strategic plan. First, we gathered key information from the Marching Order team and audited all site content. Next, we created a site map to determine how all information connected and how a user would navigate the site. Once we knew all key touchpoints were accounted for, we visually translated them into wireframes. This guaranteed all content would be the proper place. It also allowed us to iterate/rework at low fidelity, if necessary.
