The Challenge

Ziosk worked with another agency partner on designing the look and feel and initial concept for ‘Flex UX’, a white-label software system that allows Ziosk partners to easily customize the customer-facing tablet user interface. Some gaps in the concept, particularly in the user experience, led to challenges once it came time for product development and client adoption.

Our Solution

Through a careful audit of the existing designs, we identified product inconsistencies and systematic gaps throughout the static comps. To support the Ziosk team as they carried the concept to completion we carefully analyzed and tested the white labeling system including color and type analysis, deconstruction of the system, and updated user flows. We also created a robust Design User Manual and Product Overview Guide to help inform Ziosk partners of the new functionality and necessary inputs to ensure their success.
